In 2000, the company was awarded a contract to produce a Mobile Engine Test Facility to conduct thrust reverser testing and FAA certification.
 In 2004, the company decided to design and produce two Portable Engine Test Stands (PETS) to conduct commercial Integrated Power Plant Systems (IPPS) development, testing, and certification. The PETS were designed for precise and reliable data acquisition needs of engines up to 16,000 pounds of thrust.
